Understanding the Customer

Making money is, hopefully, what a business owner is out to do. To facilitate this process it pays to know the customer. Speakers have to know the audience well enough to convey a message and a doctor must know medications to help a patient. It shouldn't be a shock when learning the value of a good customer or trying to anticipate needs. Start with a customers' request and build a relationship from there. When asked for a refund and there's ample proof that one is necessary just give the money back. If a customer should complain about the quality of a product, then replace it with a new item. It's wrong to assume that a customer is not right. Obey the whims of the consumer because it will drive business back to the company.
